Healthy Smoothie Recipes

#1 Ingredients
2 cups frozen mixed berries
2 cups coconut milk or Bonsoy soy milk
Handful cranberries
Handful dried goji berries
1 tsp Amazonia Raw Energy
1tbsp Power Cacao Powder
1 tbsp honey

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 2-3 minutes until smooth

 

#2 Ingredients
2 cups frozen organic banana
2 cups Bonsoy soy milk
1 tbsp honey
½ tsp cinnamon
Pinch nutmeg
Pinch ground cardamom

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 2-3 minutes until smooth
