Directions:

Start by applying a layer of SCOUT Dual Base & Top Coat to clean and dry nails and allow to dry thoroughly. Follow with two coats of colour for optimal vibrancy. Allow to dry (five minutes should do it) before applying a second coat. Once finished, layer with another coat of SCOUT Dual Base & Top Coat for flawless and long lasting nails.
