Sage is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve night sweats associated with menopause. Ziziphus, traditionally used in Chinese Medicine to relieve sleeplessness, spontaneous sweating and calm the spirit. Contains Bupleurum, traditionally used in Chinese Medicine for cooling the body.

Nutrivital Menopause Cool & Calm is a combination of the above herbs to help alleviate symptoms of menopause.

Dosage:

Adults: Take two capsules once daily with water or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warning: Not to be used in children under 5 years.

Vitex agnus-castus may affect hormones and medicines such as oral contraceptives. Consult your health professional before use. If symptoms persist talk to your health professional.
