SERVING SUGGESTION:

Dissolve 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon in a small amount of warm water. Best taken away from meals but may be consumed with tea or coffee to promote a feeling of focused attention and calm alertness.

Some of the powders are slightly hygroscopic (retain moisture) and this can result in clumping. This can be broken apart with a spoon before taking or dissolved in water.
