Global Organics Coconut Cream is sourced from Sri Lanka and comes in a 200g BPA free can. We don’t add any gums or stabilisers to our coconut cream, so for best results warm the can in hot tap water before opening and shake well, or warm the contents in your cooking to melt the oil back in. If refrigerated overnight you can easily scoop out the thick cream for desserts and use the liquid in other cooking or smoothies.
Global Organics Coconut Cream is created from mature aged coconuts and adds a smoothness to curries, soups and desserts. Coconut cream is versatile and can be used in many ways.
Traditionally added to give a creamy finish to curries and laksa but more modern uses are nice-cream, chia puddings, a vegan cream substitute or a paleo and keto cooking staple. Coconut cream is fantastic in smoothies and in raw cakes and mousses.
