Peanut sauce was smothered in abundance on what seemed like an endless supply of chicken and lamb skewers. Using her recipe from West Java, here’s Eighteen Thousand Islands delicious Satay Sauce for you to feast on everyday.

Heat it gently and smother it over your bbq'd meats and veggies. Or toss it through a stir-fry or use it straight out of the jar as a dip, this thick, fragrant and peanut-packed satay sauce is what Eighteen Thousand Islands is all about!
