Brookfarm Gluten Free Porridge is a gourmet blend that was lovingly created in the Brook family kitchen and produced locally in our Northern Rivers bakehouse. Includes 8 all-natural ingredients:
- Australian macadamias & almonds high in healthy fats
- Protein rich quinoa
- 86% premium whole grains, nuts & seeds
- Fibre rich polenta & flaxseeds for gut health
- Hint of cinnamon
- Ready in only 90 seconds
Preparation:
Microwave: Combine 1/3 cup porridge & ¾ cup water or milk in a microwave safe bowl, stir and cook on high for 90 seconds.
Stove: Combine in a saucepan, stir and gently simmer on low heat until thick & creamy (approx. 4min).
Serve with milk or touch of yoghurt and add natural sweeteners like honey and fruits. Great for bircher muesli.
